The Proposal
Paul is currently deployed to Afghanistan and will return home very soon. Paul was on leave in August 2010 and the two of us, his mother, and step father went to Augusto GA to see his daughter Tori. He proposed on August 20, 2010 at breakfast and gave me his great great grandmother’s ring (diamond is hers, it has since been reset and we also got a new setting). I knew it was coming I just didn’t know when. He caught me my surprise because I never thought we would do it at breakfast in front of his family.
